Metzger Promoted to Deputy Chief

Captain Brandon Metzger was promoted to Deputy Chief today.  Metzger has been with the fire department since 2003 and served as a lieutenant before being promoted to captain. He managed the EMS division of the department prior to accepting the position of Deputy Chief.
